version.

I've worked across coffee, beer, peanut butter, marketplaces, AgeTech, FitnessTech, and now AI coded software. Every one of them taught me something I'm still using.

I helped build the largest direct-to-consumer program the beer industry had ever seen, rebrand a peanut butter company into an acquisition, launch a podcast that's still going six years later, and I co-founded a coffee brand now distributed across Texas. These days I lead growth at Bearmore in Melbourne, and ship my own apps under the RxOverdose label. Four are live, more on the way.

The work I like best is the early kind. When something doesn't exist yet and someone needs to figure out how to make it real. Strategy, marketing, operations, and increasingly AI-powered product, all in service of moving quickly on the right things and quietly dropping the wrong ones.
